According to me What is Mindfulness.

In my point of view inner feelings of happiness is Mindfulness. Very often we are busy with our busy schedule, we don't care about our mental health, we don't care about profits and loss, but we always focus on our outer happines. Sometimes we do showoff for people's praise, people's claps. by doing this we damage our mental peace, mental happiness. To keep our mental health fit we should do simple practice that is Mindfulness, In everything we should do mindfuly. So mindfulness is the simple medicine to our inner peace or happiness.🤗
